I’ll make you a Food Blog you can’t refuse…

You see, you start out with a little bit of oil. Then you fry some garlic. Then you throw in some tomatoes, tomato paste, you fry it and make sure it doesn’t stick… and so on it goes a mini cooking action in my favorite, The Godfather movie. This scene actually showed an excellent example of Italian meatball sauce I’ve tasted in italian restaurants, the whole tomatoes crushed by hands made the taste on a whole different levels (although I think it’s back to the cook’s recipe too).

A spaghetti bolognese recipe is actually the first recipe my mum taught me (god rest her soul) I watched her cook it the first time when I was 8 and the smell and flavour was amazing! My father said she actually specialized in making the most amazing spaghetti bolognese ever and since she passed I’ve made it every year on her birthday for a tribute to my beautiful mum.

Since then I always wanted to cook things my way and I’ve been improving my cooking skill by learning autodidact tips and skills from various internet sources. This is the reason I created this blog is for me to be able to express my cooking through it and share my favorite recipes with you! Also being able to share my skills and tips in the kitchen to make your cooking activity flawless.

So join me in my journey of cooking and balancing my life schedule in this blog and see you around!
